Obesity

What is obesity?
From my knowledge,obesity means 'overweight'..That's mean their BMI is over the limits.Obese person can be consider not healthy because they didn't control their diet.You can compare them with normal person,who is more bigger..Obesity is a results from eating so much unhealthy foods such as junk foods and fast foods and no exercise at all..Obese can lead to many kinds of diseases such as heart disease,lung cancer,diabetes,high blood pressure,heart failure,etc and eventually can cause dead!
We can stop and prevent obesity by taking medical advices,taking more fruits and vegetables in our diet,exercise at least twice a week and anything healthy.
I can see some people are obese in my school and i can see what type of foods they are taking..yes,it is fast foods e.g potato chips..

Do you think obesity is a problem in Brunei?
I think yes,obesity is a problem in Brunei..I can see obese people anywhere i go and sorry if you are the one..Normally i see them at fast foods restaurants..you should know what they are doing..Eatiiing..It seems like nothing can stop them from eating..Their foods are everything for them..without eating,they would die in hunger,just for a day..
Brunei can be consider obese country,but not very serious and now it is controlled by Ministry Of Health..We were thaught about the effects of obesity since in primary school which is one of the right things to do..Even the foods sold also healthy and fruits also available..
Fast foods restaurants also consider to be little in Brunei and if you realise,Mc Donalds only available at Gadong..The one and only Mc Donald in Brunei.Don't ask me why,because i don't know..
The important thing is,Brunei now slowly changing to 'healthy' country even there are obese people everywhere...
